“互联网+”背景下南疆特色林果购销信息共享平台设计与实现 　　摘要 为了解决因南疆基础设施落后、地广人稀、交通运输方式单一而造成的南疆特色林果库存信息发布平台缺失、成熟季节购销信息获取不畅、优质低价频现、品牌推广滞后、电子商务发展缓慢等问题，本文以南疆特色林果为研究对象，设计了南疆特色林果购销信息共享平台。该平台以VS 2013作为开发平台，SQL 2012构建数据库，C#语言进行开发，形成果农、消费者、后台服务器业务分离的多层结构。在果农参与下，该系统最终实现了果农与消费者信息获取、库存信息发布信息化、品牌推广网络化、市场拓展多元化，以信息共享平台建设为基础，为南疆特色林果电子商务又好又快发展提供了技术支撑，也是南疆特色林果农村电商发展的一次有益尝试。 　　关键词 “互联网+”；特色林果；购销；信息共享平台；设计；实现；南疆 　　中图分类号 F326.2；F724.6；TP273 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1007-5739（2017）02-0283-03 　　Design and Achievement of Characteristic Forests and Fruit Purchase-and-sale Information Sharing Platform in 　　Southern Xinjiang Under Background of “Internet Plus” 　　LIU Fu-yong 1 YAO Jiang-he 1 * WANG Zhi-zhen 2 　　（1 College of Information Engineering，Tarim University，Alar Xinjiang 843300； 2 Xinjiang Alar Polyaspartic Acid Red Fruit Industry Co.，LTD） 　　Abstract In order to solve the backwardness of infrastructure in Southern Xinjiang，a vast territory with a sparse population，the simplification of transportation，which cause the lack of inventory information for releasing platform，the blocking of purchase-and-sale information in harvest seasons，the frequent appearance of high quality and low price，the hysteresis quality of brand improvement as well as e-commerce development，this thesis taken Southern Xinjiang characteristic forests and fruit as research object，designed the sharing platform of purchase-and-sale information of Southern Xinjiang characteristic forests and fruits.Using VS 2013 as development platform，using SQL 2012 to structure data base and C# to develop the sharing platform，the separated multilevel structure of orchard-men，consumers and back-stage server business was constructed.With the participation of the orchard-men，this system can realize the achievement between orchard-men and consumers，the information of inventory release，the networking of brand improvement，the diversification of market expanding.This thesis based on the establishment of information sharing platform so as to provide skill support for Southe
