青岛理工大学 毕业论文 题目： 双汇冷链物流分析 学生姓名： 宋国英 学生学号： 201177012 院系名称： 工程管理系 专业班级： 物流111 指导教师： 胡桂华 2013 年 11 月 20 日  摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，人们对物质生活的要求越来越高。在肉制品生产流通的过程中，落后的冷链技术不仅造成了物资的巨大浪费，还引起了人们对食品质量的高度重视。人们希望吃到的是新鲜的、不变质的，然而在中国冷鲜肉的情况却不是那么的乐观，所以冷鲜肉一直是供应商、零售商、消费者关注的问题。冷链物流的快速发展将对冷鲜肉的品质有很大的推进，现在众多的肉制品企业都实行现代化的冷链物流，以保证肉制品的品质和企业的信誉。当前，山东、河南两省肉制品合计占全国肉制品销售总额的比重高达60%。双汇冷链物流就是重要肉制品企业之一。双汇冷链物流从生产、加工到运输实现一体化的冷链物流运输。但是双汇冷链物流中也存在技术、设施、信息系统不完善等问题，我将从这几个方面分析问题，再提出解决问题的方法。这将有助于提高双汇冷链物流的运输，也将逐渐降低消费者对肉制品的担忧。 关键字：双汇冷链物流；肉制品；问题；对策 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy, peoples material life demand is higher and higher. In meat products production in the process of circulation, behind the cold chain technology has not only caused huge waste materials, also caused the people attaches great importance to food quality. People want to eat, is fresh, the same quality of cold fresh meat in China, however, is not so optimistic, so the cold fresh meat has always been a concern in suppliers, retailers and consumers.The rapid development of cold chain logistics will be of great advance quality of chilled meat, now many meat products enterprises implement modern cold chain logistics, to ensure the quality of meat products and the credibility of enterprises. At present, shandong, henan provinces combined meat accounts for the proportion is as high as 60% of the total amount of meat products sales.Shuanghui cold chain logistics is one of the important meat products enterprises. Shuanghui cold chain logistics from the integration of production and processing to transport, cold chain logistics. But shuanghui cold chain logistics also exists in the problem such as technology, facilities, information system is not perfect, I will from the several aspects to analyze problems, and puts forward the method to solve the problem
