船舶大风浪安全航行的准备与应对 [摘要] 从事航海，就必须要面对大风浪，船舶在大风浪中航行会遇到大浪的砰击，拍底，尾淹和打空车及人的因素等。各种外力的干扰使船舶产生横摇，纵荡，横荡，垂荡以及偏转等不利的因素，对船舶的强度，稳性，航速及操纵性能等影响很大，直接给船舶航行与操纵带来诸多危害。尽管当今航运科技已经相当发达，但风灾浪损的事屡见不鲜。因此如何确保船舶在大风浪中航行安全一直是古今中外航海界人士努力求索解决的问题。找出大风浪对船舶安全的影响及其影响因素，充分做好各种准备，避免出现航行危险将是本文研究的课题。本文将从船员、船舶、船舶管理机构三个方面在大风浪航行准备工作上进行探讨。 [关键词] 大风浪 稳性 人的因素 准备工作 操纵方法。 Preparations for safe navigation in rough seas [Abstract] Engaged in sailing, we have to confront the strong winds and high waves. Ships steaming in the rough sea will meet so many factors, such as bangs, poundings, drowned tails and other human factors. All kinds of external interferences could makes ships rolling, surging, swaying, heaving, and so on, having great impacts on ships’ strength, construction stability, speed and operation of ships, and bringing damages to sailing and manipulating directly. Although current shipping technology is well-developed, accidents caused by strong wind and big waves are still the damages caused by the storm wave are common. Accordingly, how to ensure safety of ships sailing in adverse weather is a problem that sailing experts all over the world always try to figure out. Finding out the influence of strong wind and big waves on sailing safety and impact factors, making reasonable preparations, and avoiding navigation danger will be the main content of this research paper. This article will discuss about how crew, ships and marine administrative organization work when prepare for sailing with huge storm and waves.
