电弧喷涂制备涂层刀具工艺研究 摘要：本文用电弧喷涂技术在45号钢基体上制备涂层。采用实心丝材1Cr13作为燃烧丝，配合AL?O?陶瓷粉进行喷涂，制备金属基陶瓷复合涂层。采用正交试验方案，利用SEM对涂层的显微组织结构、性能进行了分析。复合涂层为典型的层状结构。影响涂层结合强度的工艺参数由主到次依次为喷涂电流、雾化空气压力、喷涂距离和喷涂电压；影响涂层显微硬度的工艺参数由主到次是喷涂电流、喷涂距离、喷涂电压、雾化空气压力。复合涂层的磨损机制主要为硬质颗粒的脆性脱落，同时伴随着磨粒磨损。在金属相涂层中添加硬质相能显著提高涂层显微硬度。关键词：电弧喷涂，涂层 ，组织，性能，工艺参数The arc spraying coating preparation tool technology was studiedAbstract: In this paper,coatings were sprayed on the substrate of steel 45 by arc spraying using optimized process parameter. Using a solid wire 1Cr13 as the burning of wire to meet the outgoing carry out AL?O? arc spraying ceramic powder to prepare metal matrix ceramic composite coatings.The scheme of the orthogonal experiment using SEM arc.sprayed coating microstructure on the organizational structure of the worn surface were analyzed. Microstructure of the composite coating showed a typical layered structure. Process parameters which effect the combining strength of the arc sprayed coating are (from main to minor in turns) spraying current, atomizing air pressure, spraying distance, and spraying voltage.
