一、Ask students if they like traveling, and talk about places they have visited. Talk about places in the world they have known. Then say:

二、Look at P54and put the following into English.

On page 54 is a newspaper article about Paris. While reading it, mark the things you like about visiting Paris and underline the things you don’t like.
Now read it the second time. While reading cut/ the sentence into thought groups, study all the predicates, circle all the linking words and underline all the expressions.
