2013 年 3 月第3期 医学美学美容 No.3 ，March ，2013 Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 论著 妊娠期糖尿病孕妇体重管理的临床分析 杨玲( 通讯作者) ( 昆明医科大学附属延安医院 云南昆明 6560051) 摘要:目的 探讨对妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇给予营养指导和有效的饮食控制后的妊娠结局及其围产儿的影响。方法 2010 年 3 月～2011 年 5 月，对在医院建档的孕妇，在孕24～28w进行妊娠糖尿病的筛查，记录孕妇孕前及分娩前的身高、体重, 计算体重指数( BM I) , 计算出 孕期体重指数增加值, 并随访妊娠结局。结果 不同BM I 值的孕妇其孕期总增重之间并无显著性差异, 而婴儿出生体重随孕前BMI 值的增 大而增大, 有统计学意义。结论 加强妊娠期糖尿病孕妇的孕期管理 ，使用体重指数，饮食控制治疗，监测血糖，适时终止妊娠，减 少GDM孕产妇的合并症，对母婴的健康及妊娠结局有重要影响。 关键词:孕期管理;体重指数;饮食控制;妊娠期糖尿病 Abstract:Objective to study the gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) pregnant women with nutritional guidance and effective control of the diet after pregnancy outcome and the influence of perinatal infants dead. Methods March 2010 to May 2011, to keep in the hospital, the pregnant women in pregnancy 24 ~ and w for gestational diabetes screening, record pregnant women pregnant and antepartum height, weight, bmi calculation (BM I), calculate the pregnancy weight index added value, and follow-up the pregnancy outcome.Results different BM I value of the pregnant women the total weight gain during pregnancy and no significant difference between, and infant birth weight with pregnant BMI value increases with the increase of have statistical significance. Conclusion strengthen the gestational diabetes during pregnancy women management, use of body mass index, diet control treatment, monitoring blood sugar, timely termination of pregnancy and reduce the maternal complications of GDM, maternal and child health and have an important effect on pregnancy outcome.
