※工艺技术 食品科学 2012, Vol. 33, No. 14 45 龙云飞,王沛佩,杨克迪,文衍宣 (广西大学化学化工学院,广西 南宁 530004) 为提高亚麻籽油的提取率,采用响应面法优化亚麻籽油的提取工艺条件。选取提取温度、提取时间、液 固比、搅拌速率作为影响因素,以正己烷为溶剂、亚麻籽油提取率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,通过4 因 素 3 水平 Box-Behnken 试验,建立亚麻籽油提取率的二次多项式回归方程,经响应面回归分析得到优化组合条件。 结果表明:最佳提取工艺条件为提取温度 56 ℃、提取时间2.2h 、液固比 8:1(mL/g) 、搅拌速度310r/min 。在此条 件下亚麻籽油提取率为 98.12% ,与理论值98.28% 接近。结论:所得提取条件可靠。 亚麻籽;亚麻籽油;响应面法;提取工艺 Optimization of Extraction Process for Flaxseed Oil by Response Surface Analysis LONG Yun-fei ,WANG Pei-pei ,YANG Ke-di ,WEN Yan-xuan (College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Guangxi University, Nanning 530004, China) Abstract :In order to improve the extraction rate of flaxseed oil, response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of flaxseed oil using n-hexane as the solvent. The effects of extraction temperature, extraction duration, solid- to-solvent ratio and stirring speed on the extraction rate of flaxseed oil were investigated by one-factor-at-a-time experiments. A quadratic polynomial regression model was fitted using a four-factor, three-level Box-Behnken design and analyzed using response surface methodology to obtain the optimal extraction conditions: temperature 56 ℃, solvent-to-solid ratio 8:1 (mL/g), stirring speed 310 r/min, and extraction time 2.2 h. Under these conditions, the extraction yield of flaxseed oil was 98.12%, closed to the theoretical value of 98.28%. In conclusion, the optimized extraction conditions are reliable.
