摘 要 医院业务管理系统是医院以业务流程优化重组为基础，利用计算机技术、网络技术和通信技术及数据库技术，为医院所属各部门提供病人诊疗信息收集、存储、处理、提取和数据交换的能力，并满足所有用户的功能需求。 本系统使用Visual Basic 6.0作为前台界面开发工具，SQL Server 2000作为后台数据库管理系统。主要功能模块包括开发工具,利用其提供的各种面向对象的开发工具,尤其是数据窗口能方便而简洁操纵数据库的智能化对象,首先在短时间内建立系统应用原型,然后,对初始原型系统进行需求迭代,不断修正和改进,直到形成用户满意的可行系统。数据库我使用的是SQL Server 2000。本管理系统具有以下几个特点：具有快速和大容量的信息交换能力,使决策人员能获得最新、完整、稳定、可靠的信息；具有快速的查询能力，改变目前工作效率低、信息反应速度慢、秩序混乱的局面，为管理人员的信息查询服务提供了可靠的保障；具有较强的数据容错能力和良好的人机交互界面，从而保证了员工资料信息的准确性。适合小型管理。 医院功能模块Abstract HIS, a system consisting of computers and communicational equipments, provides the hospital with a capability for all its clinical on data processing such as collecting, recording, extracting and exchanging, and so on, meets all the requirements of the clients. The system using Visual Basic 6.0 as the future interface development tools, SQL Server 2000 as a background database management system. Main modules include : The outpatient service charge, the drugs information, the pharmacysend the medicine and so on. As well as drugs, staff, patientinformation inquiry function VB6.0, is a precise and convenient develop tool which we are in use. Firstly, we use its object-oriented develop tools, especially the data window, to establish a system application prototype within a short time, then, we renovate the initial prototype system according to the requirements of the clients, revise and rectify continuously until it is satisfactory to the clients as a practicable system. The database we used in this study is SQL Server 2000.
