At present, the risk factors of the disease, prognostic factors is uncertain, low rate of preoperative diagnosis, pathogenesis nor the conclusion, the treatment is still at the exploratory stage. At home and abroad for the past five years in the UPSC, the diagnosis, treatment, new concepts, methods are reviewed. Objective: The purpose of this study is a review of the literature to investigate the pathogenesis of UPSC, diagnostic markers, treatment and prognosis in order to improve the understanding of the disease, improve diagnosis, improve treatment and prognosis.
