产褐藻胶裂解酶菌株Cobetia

WG一007的筛选及发酵优化

摘要：以褐藻酸钠为唯一碳源，从腐烂的海带中筛选出一株高效降解褐藻胶的菌株，经形态、生
理生化和16SrDNA测序鉴定，将其命名为Cobetia
sp．WG一007。采用单因素和JY_交试验优化，

确定该菌株摇瓶发酵最适产酶条件为褐藻酸钠6．0g／L，蛋白胨5．0g／L，NaClg／L、KzHPO。
0．25 h达到最高酶活，为160．7U／mL，相比优化前酶活力提
