超临界二氧化碳注入法制备口一生育酚／
夕一环糊精复合物

摘要：以∥．环糊精为载体，口．生育酚为模型物，采用超临界二氧化碳注入法制备口．生育酚，∥．环糊精固体复
合物。考察注入压力、注入温度和注入时间等参数对口．生育酚负载量的影响以及复合物在水相中的分散性。用紫
外．分光光度法测定复合物的负载量，FTIR、DSC和TGA对复合物进行表征。结果表明：随着注入压力和温度
的增加，Gt．生育酚的负载量先增大后减小，当温度35℃、压力18MPa、注入时间lh时，负载量最高达38．7％；
制备的复合物能在水相中均匀分散。
