第33卷第2期建筑热能通风空调 Vol.33No.2 2014年3月 BuildingEnergyEnvironment Mar.2014.19~22 文章编号：1003-0344（2014）02-019-4 超临界二氧化碳在套管式换热管中的实验研究胡特特吕静杨大章豆君君任莹莹上海理工大学环境与建筑学摘要：在四种不同形式的套管式换热管中对二氧化碳的换热性能进行了实验研究。结果表明：在质量流量不变的条件下，不同的压力和入口温度下超临界二氧化碳在单直管内的局部换热系数随着温度的降低先升高后降低；对于不同的管型，相同的压力和进水温度条件下二氧化碳在三直管和双螺旋内管的换热量基本相同，两者出水温度的变化也相同；单螺旋内套管在出水温度、换热量、换热系数等各项换热性能指标都比单直管好，双螺旋管内的换热系数高于三直管，从而得出螺旋套管的换热性能优于直套管换热管。关键词：超临界换热量换热特性螺旋套管 Experimental Study of Supercritical Carbon Dioxide in the Casing Tube Heat Transfer Tubes HUTe-te,LVJing,YANGDa-zhang,DOUJun-jun,RENYing-ying SchoolofEnvironmentandArchitecture,ShanghaiUniversityforScienceandTechnology Abstract: A seriesofexperimentsonheattransferpropertiesofcarbondioxideinfourdifferentcasingtubeswere conducted.Theexperimentalresultsindicatethatintheconditionsthatthemassflow isconstant,thelocalheattransfer coefficientofsupercriticalcarbondioxidewithinasinglestraighttubeunderdifferentpressureandinlettemperature firstlyincreasedandthendecreasedwiththetemperaturedecreasing.Fordifferenttubes,theexchangingheatquantityof thecarbondioxideinthetribalstraighttubeanddoublehelixtubeatthesamepressureandenteringwatertemperatureis basicallythesameandthevariationoftheoutputwatertemperatureisalsothesame.Theparametersofheattransfer performancesuchastheoutputwatertemperature,theexchangingheatquantityinthesinglehelixtubearebetterthan thatinthesinglestraighttubeandtheheattransfercoefficientofthesupercriticalcarbondioxideinthedoublehelixtube ishigherthanthatinthetribalstraighttube.Theheattransferperformanceofthehelixtubeissuperiortothatofthe straighttubebytheexperimentalresults.
