超临界流体萃取野菊花中绿原酸工艺研究

摘要：对超临界流体萃取法提取野菊花中绿原酸的工艺进行了研究，探讨了超临界萃取过程中萃取压强、萃取时
间、萃取温度对绿原酸提取率的影V向，并通过正交试验对工艺条件进行优化，采用紫外分光光度法测定提取液中绿原
酸的含量。结果表明，最佳工艺条件为，水为助提剂、萃取压强25MPa、萃取时间3h、萃取温度50℃，可以获得较高的
得率O．4883％。
