摘要:
城乡统筹发展本质是实现城乡一体化发展，其实现有赖于推进城镇化。传统粗放式、速度型城
镇化不可持续，新型集约式、质量型城镇化呼之欲出。新型城镇化是有别于传统的可持续发展
的城镇化新模式，已成为重庆经济社会发展最为强力的助推器，如何选择推进路径便显得尤为
重要。重庆新型城镇化路径选择需要结合区域实际，分清推进的优劣势，坚持“一个统领，五
个重点”原则，运用协调路径、高效路径、多样路径三条路径组合推进，最终实现重庆城乡一
体化发展。

Abstract: The nature of urban and rural integrated development is to achieve integration of urban and
rural development, and its realization depends on promoting urbanization. The traditional extensive
urbanization speed type is unsustainable, and a new type of intensive, quality-oriented urbanization is
