《公共管理学》 结课论文 题目：论企业信用危机 学 院 管理学院 学科门类 管理类 专 业 财政学 　　　　 年 级 2010级 学 号 2010408011 姓 名 王鹏 指导教师 曹佩琪 2012年11月20日 论企业信用危机 摘要 近年来在我国的经济活动中,企业信用状况已成为我国社会主义市场经济发育的薄弱环节，成为影响和制约企业发展的突出因素。信用缺乏已成为一种严重的公害。形式各异的违约、逃废债务与假冒伪劣商品、虚假广告和虚假的信息披露交织在一起,使债权人丧失了对债务人的基本信任,消费者动摇了对生产者和经营者的基本信任。现在我国企业普遍存在的信用缺失实际上已经形成了一种信用危机。信用危机将严重侵害债权人和消费者的利益,危害金融体系的安全与稳定,削弱企业的信誉和市场竞争力。无信用金融无从谈起,无信用市场经济无法存在。信用是市场经济的重要基础，规范有序的市场经济需要建立有效调动社会资源和规范交易行为的信用制度，良好的信用关系是企业正常经营、国民经济健康运行的基本保证。因此,加强企业信用建设、治理信用危机成为当务之急。 关键词：企业信用 信用危机 危机治理 政府干预 On the crisis of quoted company Abstract In recent years, our country economy, enterprise credit has become Chinas development of the socialist market economy the weak link, become influence and restrict the development of the enterprise outstanding factor. Lack of credit has become a serious public hazard. Different forms of default, evading debts and the fake and shoddy goods, false advertising and false information disclosure to interweave together, make the creditor on the debtor s loss of basic trust, consumer has shaken to the producers and operators of basic trust. Now the prevailing Chinese enterprises lack of credit has actually formed a credit crisis. The credit crisis will infringe the creditors and the interests of consumers, harm the financial system security and stability, undermine the credibility of enterprises and market competitiveness. No credit will be impossible, no credit, market economy cannot exist. Credit is the main base of market economy, normative and orderly market economy to need to build effective use of social resources and regulate trade behavior of credit system, good credit is the normal operation of enterprises, the basic guarantee for the healthy operation of national economy.
