6 · 中国现代 医药杂志 2010年 8月第 12卷第 8期 MMJC，Aug2010，Vol12，No．8 · 个体化康复治疗对住院精神分裂症患者 康复疗效的影响 蒋廷云 张文蔚 石福强 【摘要】 目的 探讨对住院精神分裂症患者实行个体化康复治疗对患者精神症状、社会功能康复的影响。方法 将符 合入组标准的90例男性精神分裂症患者随机分为对照组和个体化康复治疗组(治疗组)，对照组进行常规精神科治疗 ，治 疗组在进行与对照组相同治疗 的基础上 ，根据患者个人特点分别在患者本人 自愿参与的前提下有计划地进行综合性个体 康复治疗。两组患者治疗前、治疗 3个月、6个月后分别进行阳性和阴性症状量表fPANSS)及功能独立性评定量表 (FIM)评 分。结果 对照组及治疗组康复治疗后 PANSS量表阴性症状分及总分下降 fPO．05，PO．O1)、功能独立性评定量表评分 (FIM)显著提高(PO．05，PO．O1)；与对照组 比较 ，治疗组治疗后 PANSS量表阴性症状分及总分下降(P0．05)，功能独立性评 定量表评分 (FIM)显著提高(PO．05)。结论 个体化康复治疗更有助于减轻精神分裂症患者的精神症状 ，改善社会功能。 【关键词】 精神症状 社会功能 精神分裂症 康复治疗 Effectofindividualrehabilitationinthetreatmentofschizophreniainpatients JiangTingyun，ZhangWenwei，ShiFuqiang． TheThirdPeople HospitalofZhongshanCity,Guangdong528451 A【bstract】 0bjective Toexploretheeffectsofindividualrehabilitationforthepsychiatricsymptomandfunctionofpa— tientsintheendemicarea．Methods 90 schizophrenicinpatientsinrecoverystagewererandomlydividedintothetreatment groupandcontrolgroupwith45casesineachgroup．Thecontrolgroupweremanagedwithself-helptrainingandremedialenter— tainment．Inadditionto，individualrehabilitationweregiventothetreatmentgroupdesignedlywhichwasmadethatdependingon existingproblemsespectively．PositiveandNegativeSyndromeScale(PANSS)andFunctionalIndependenceMeasure(FIM)were evaluatedandmeasuredbeforeand6monthsafterthetraining．Results ThescoresofnegativeandthetotalscoreofPANSS decreasedsignificantly (P0．05，P0．01)andthescoresofFIM increasedsignificantlyinbothtreatmentgroupandcontrolrgoup aftertreatment(P0．05，PO．O1)．Comparedwithcontrols，therewassignificantimprovementinthethetreatmentgroup(尸O．05)． Conclusion Comprehensiveindividualrehabilitationtrainingprovestobeeffectiveinthetreatmentofpsychiatricsymptomsand social functionimpairmentofpatientswithschizophrenicinpatients． K【eywords】 Psychiatricsymptoms Socialfunction Schizophrenia Rehabilitationtherapy 精神分裂症患者 由于长期住院加重 了社会功能 1．1对象 选择我院2007年 12月～20
