College of Textile and Clothing Engineering, Soochow University, Suzhou 215021, China) Abstract: In cocoon cooking processes, orthogonal experiments for parameters optimization faced many problems such as too many evaluating indicators and difficult analysis of data. So, this paper took the value of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation as the target function with the method of fuzzy orthogonal experiment, achieved ltimately more information of experiment and optimization of cocoon cooking parameters. The experiment and analysis presented that the optimization of cocoon cooking parameters by fuzzy orthogonal design is feasible.
