• 512 • Chinese Journal of Bases and Clinics in General Surgery, Apr. 2017, Vol. 24, No.4   ·综 述· 肝再生临床应用研究进展 1 1, 2 刘伟伟 ，罗昆仑 1. 安徽医科大学无锡临床学院肝胆外科（江苏无锡  214044 ） 2. 中国人民解放军第101医院肝胆外科（江苏无锡  214044 ） 【摘要】   目的    总结近年来肝再生机制及其临床应用的研究。 方法    复习近年来国内外关于肝再生研究的 文献，并进行总结。 结果    肝切除术后肝再生已经被广泛研究，并且已有许多关于肝损伤后肝细胞再生机制的研 究，例如肝再生相关因子的研究，肝再生细胞方面的研究，但具体机制仍不十分清楚。肝再生的临床应用使我们 能更深入地认识肝再生。门静脉栓塞、联合肝脏分割和门静脉结扎是近期对分期肝切除术相对较新的技术，这些 技术的运用对肝再生的认识是一明显的促进；活体供肝移植是肝再生方面一个最重要的临床研究成果；另一个 涉及肝脏再生的临床应用就是干细胞治疗。 结论    深入了解肝再生机制将有助于各种肝脏疾病的诊断与治疗。 【关键词】  肝再生；肝切除术；肝移植 Research progress in clinical application of liver regeneration 1 1, 2 LIU Weiwei , LUO Kunlun 1. Results    Even though liver regeneration after liver resection has been widely studied, we can get better understanding from new clinical application. The process of regeneration induced liver injury rarely occurs in the normal liver. Many studies have focused on the mechanism of liver cell regeneration after liver injury. For example, the study of liver regeneration related factors and liver regenerative cells, but the specific mechanism is still not very clear. Recent techniques using the obvious progress in understanding liver regeneration are portal vein embolization and the associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy.
