编 号 河北体育学院 本科学生毕业论文 关于篮球区域联防的研究 姓 名： 指导教师： （教授 ） 系 别： 学校体育系 专 业： 体 育教 育 学 号： 摘 要 现代篮球运动防守技术的新发展,个人防守技术更具有攻击性。防守队员重心低，防守面积增大，能充分利用自己的身体体重进行身体对抗和防守。防守脚步动作运用更加灵活多变，防守队员的个人防守能力基本功更加扎实，防守意识增强，对有球队员采用平步或斜步的紧逼攻击性防守，对无球队员采用错位防守。以球为主，球、人、区三位一体的防守战术运用更加普遍。抢球、打球、断球技术运用娴熟，加强了突然出击的抢、打、断球技术的威胁性和攻击性，防守能力和防守水平进一步提高。准确的运用区域防守为打好篮球更添新高. 关键词:篮球 区域防守 进攻区域防守 Abstract ndividual sefense techniques have more function of attack in the development of the moxdern basketball game.The defendershave low centre of gravity and wide defense area,so they can make full use of their weight to defend and fight against others.During the game,the defenders’ step are more flexible,the base and the defense abilioy ture moresturdy.They defend their opponents with balls by steady steps and rush steps, defense of attack,and the opponents without a ball with cross defense. Taking the ball as centre,the defenders can use the ball-player defense more universal. Fighting,hitting and ceizing can be used skilffully which will strengthen the function of thrill and attack and will improve the ability and the level of the defence.
