摘要： 随着国民经济的发展、人民生活水平的不断提高，城市用水量提高是必然趋势。在
满足城市发展不断增长的用水需求的同时，应积极开源节水，提倡科学节水，反对盲目节水。应在
保障民众安全、卫生、舒适、环境良好的前提下，因地制宜地实施节水措施。
