To solve this problem，the super efficiency Date Envelopment Analysis (DEA) model is set up in this paper. This paper evaluates the real estate’s investment performance of China，taking the relevant data of 31 provinces as the samples. The result of this paper shows that ，the investment performance is much higher and in the stage of decreasing return to scale in the eastern coastal regions ；while it is lower and in the stage of increasing return to scale in central and western regions. In addition，the redundant investments and insufficient outputs of the provinces with lower investment performance are also achieved in this paper ，which provides us with scientific approach, and economical and reasonable measures in the real estate investment. Finally，some suggestions are given to deal with the problem that the investment performance of the real estate is low. Keywords ：real e
