挂面生产线温湿度控制系统设计 摘 要 温度和湿度是挂面烘干过程中的关键性因素，温度决定湿面条中水份蒸发的速度，而合适的湿度可以提高湿面条内水份由内向外扩散的速率。不恰当的温湿度将给挂面生产造成各种问题，因此设计一个合理高效并且性价比高的温湿度控制系统是十分必要的。 本次设计以热水管道给挂面烘干提供热源，通过顶部吊扇直吹热水管道来提高烘干室的温度，在烘干室底部安装排湿风机，用以及时地排出烘干室内多余的水份，控制系统以可编程控制器（PLC）为控制核心，它接受从温湿度传感器传递来的温湿度现场信号，与预先设定的温湿度相比较后得出控制信号，来控制吊扇和风机的启停。同时与上位机通信，通过组态软件可以对生产现场进行远程监控和操作，可以大大的提高生产自动化水平，提高操作人员的工作环境。 本次设计采用热水供热系统，不仅环保同时由于热水是循环流动的，因此可以节约资源。但同时热水供热系统也限定了烘干室的温度，所以这个控制系统适用于挂面的低温烘干。 关键词：温湿度控制，PLC，组态 ENGLISH SUBJECT ABSTRACT Temperature and humidity is a key factor in the noodle drying process， the temperature determines the speed of water evaporation in a wet noodle， and appropriate humidity can increase the rate of a wet noodle moisture from the inside outward diffusion.
