新生代农民工社会认同、集体自尊与群际偏见关系实证研究 新生代农民工社会认同、集体自尊与群际偏见关系实证 研究 中文摘要 在农民工群体中，新生代农民工所占的比例越来越大，已经超过60%。他们 的城市融入影响着社会的和谐稳定，而他们与城市人之间的群际偏见将对其社会 融入产生着巨大的影响。探索新生代农民工的社会认同、集体自尊和群际偏见之 间的关系对于揭示群际偏见产生的心理机制以及制定消除群际偏见的策略有着 重要的指导意义。 本研究从心理学视角出发，以新生代农民工为研究对象，通过运用问卷调查 法，对研究对象的社会认同、集体自尊和群际偏见之间的关系进行了测量和分析。 之后采用了干预的方法，即在威胁情景下，测量新生代农民工的社会认同、集体 自尊和群际偏见水平是否发生变化。得出主要结论如下： （1）新生代农民工社会认同、集体自尊与群际偏见之间呈两两正相关，同时 新生代农民工的社会认同和集体自尊对群际偏见都有很好的预测作用。 （2）集体自尊在新生代农民工的社会认同和群际偏见的关系之间起到了部 分中介的效应，即社会认同对群际偏见的影响中有部分作用是通过集体自尊实现 的。 （3）在威胁情景中的新生代农民工对外群体的群际偏见比无威胁情景中的 新生代农民工的群际偏见程度有所提高，二者之间差异显著。 (4)在威胁情景下的新生代农民工的集体自尊和社会认同程度较之无威胁情 景下的被试也有所提高，且差异显著。 关键词：新生代农民工,社会认同,集体自尊,群际偏见 1 新生代农民工社会认同、集体自尊与群际偏见关系实证研究 The empirical study on the relations among social identity, collective self-esteem and Intergroup bias of the new generation of migrant workers Abstract In the migrant workers, the proportion of the new generation of migrant workers is growing, more than 60%.It will affects the city social harmony and stability whether the new generation of migrant workers can be integrated into the city,however the intergroup bias between them and the city people will generate a huge impact for the new generation of migrant workers integrating into the society.It is significant for exploring the relationship among social identity, collective self-esteem and intergroup bias of new generation of migrant workers to reveal the intergroup bias of psychological mechanisms and to develop the strategies of eliminating intergroup bias.
