大学生健康人格培养研究 当代大学生健康人格培养研究 摘 要 健康人格是大学生在和谐社会发展中必须具备的人格要求，是时代精神与人 格、道德水平发展的集中表现，更是大学生自我潜能发挥与自我超越实践的统一； 培育大学生具有符合时代精神的健康人格，是决定社会是否进步的关键。目前， 我国正处在经济社会发展的转型期，再加之有经济全球化潮流的推动，多种思潮 不断侵染着青少年的思想，大学生人格健康正面临着新形势和新挑战，高等学校 思想政治教育工作的内容、方式、方法出现了一些不适应新形势的问题，大学生 在进行选择时出现茫然无措和不知所从，这些都给大学生的健康人格培养带来了 许多新情况、新问题和新矛盾，成为当前亟待解决的问题。 有鉴于此，本文选取当代大学生健康人格培养问题为研究命题，首先分析了 我国高校大学生人格概况，然后结合调查报告分析得出现在大学生人格的积极方 面和消极状况，并进行了分析，然后从社会、学校、家庭及自身四个方面对大学 生非健全人格产生的根源进行了探析，最后在当代大学生健康人格构建的原则和 内容上，提出了坚持理论学习与社会实践相结合、坚持人格的主体性与社会发展 相结合、坚持发挥高校的主导作用与提高教师水平相结合、坚持发展健康个性与 消弭行为弱项相结合、坚持推进整体工作与实现个体进步相结合五项原则，并从 自我教育、家庭教育、学校教育、社会教育这几个方面阐述了加强大学生健康人 格培养的对策。 关键词：大学生；健康人格；培养研究；对策 1 万方数据 大学生健康人格培养研究 Research on Contemporary College Students’ Healthy Personality Cultivation Abstract Healthy personality is essential for the development of a college student in a harmonious society, a manifestation of the spirit, personality and morale of the times and the potential of the student.
