尺骨茎突骨折分型对桡骨远端骨折术后疗效影响观察 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨尺骨茎突骨折分型对桡骨远端骨折术后临床效果的影响。 方法 回顾性总结在我院治疗的桡骨远端骨折伴随尺骨茎突骨折患者50例资料。 结果 50例患者手术治疗后3个月时，患者palmar tilt角度均值为（7.9±2.2）°，ulnar tilt角度均值为（14.9±0.8）°，radial height长度均值为（8.9±0.8）mm，与治疗前相比获得明显改善（P0.05），3个月时，尺骨茎突I型患者与II型患者相关统计数据类似（P0.05）。 结论 尺骨茎突骨折的分型对桡骨远端骨折的治疗无显著性影响，切开复位锁定钢板和螺钉内固定手术对桡骨远端骨折伴随尺骨茎突骨折患者具有满意的临床效果。 [关键词] 尺骨茎突骨折；桡骨远端骨折；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2013）24-210-02 Impact of the subtype of ulnar styloid fracture on the efficacy of distal radius fracture surgery HUANG Xin Department of Orthopedic Surgery，Fengcheng City Central Hospital in Liaoning Province，Fengcheng 118100，China [Abstract] Objective To explore the impact of the subtype of ulnar styloid fracture on the clinical efficacy of distal radius fracture surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 50 cases of distal radius fracture accompanied with ulnar styloid fracture treated in our hospital. Results The 50 patients had significant improvement in the average angle of palmar tilt was（7.9±2.2），the average angle of ulnar tilt（14.9±0.8） and the average radial height （8.9±0.8）mm 3 months after surgical treatment than before treatment（P0.05）.Patients with Type 1 and Type 2 ulnar styloid fracture had similar statistics 3 months after the treatment （P0.05）. Conclusion The subtype of ulnar styloid fracture has no significant impact on the efficacy of distal radius fracture surgery. Internal fixation procedures with locking steel plates and bolts demonstrate good clinical efficacy on patients with distal radius fracture accompanied with ulnar styloid fracture.
