论 管 理 信 息 系 统 开 发 中 的 关 键 问 题 摘 要 管理信息系统就是我们常说的MIS，目前，我国管理信息系统已经有了相当的普及率，几乎覆盖了各个行业及各个部门。21世纪是一个信息的时代，信息在现代化企业中的作用日益重要。信息已成为经济增长的一个战略资源。企业利用先进的计算机技术与网络技术，建设具有本企业特点的管理信息系统，以提高企业的国际竞争能力，这是我国在加入WTO之后，企业面对众多跨国公司的竞争，必须采取的重要的战略措施之一。 但是，企业在建设管理信息系统的过程中，由于各种原因，出现了一些问题，甚至导致了系统的失败，这是需要引以为戒的。通过对企业在开发管理信息系统的过程中要特别注意的几个关键问题的分析，针对开发管理信息系统的实际情况，提出了一些看法，以此促进系统的开发，更好地为企业服务。 关键词：管理信息系统；开发；关键问题；数据库  On the key issues in the management information system development process GUO Hai-wei （School of Economics Management） Abstract Management information system is often said that the MIS, at present, Chinas management information systems have had considerable coverage, the coverage of almost all trades and all the departments. 21st century is an era of information technology, Information in the modern enterprises increases an important role. However, Enterprises in the construction and management of information systems in the process, due to various reasons, there have been some problems, even lead to the failure of the system; there is a need for the warning. Through the analysis of some key issues that the enterprises should pay special attentions in the process of developing management information systems .Some points of view are presented based on the practical situation of the development of management information system in order that the development of the system could be enhanced and serve the enterprise better.
