保理业务流程图 Step 1: The company (factor’s client or exporter) ships goods to the client’s customer ( or importer ) and an invoice has been made out. Step 2: The customer agrees to pay the amount of the invoice. Step 3: The factor purchases the invoice representing exporter’s claim. ( Or the company sells account receivables to the factor without recourse. Step 4: The factor may grant financially to the company prior to the maturity of the invoice by purchasing the latter’s account receivables.
