Stamping die is the production of industrial products on the basis of technology and equipment, it is carried out no less important tool for machining. This article is the structure of everyday kitchen sink dual-slot used in market research, design and determine the dimensions of the work piece. Through access to relevant books and materials, blank size is calculated using a box-shaped member of the dual-slot sink blank dimensions herein defined. The forming process of the work piece is analyzed to determine the final process. Secondly, the rough size and shape of its reasonable layout, increase the utilization of materials, while the size of the working portion of the cutting edge of the punch, die, punch were calculated and determined. Next, the conduct of a reasonable layout sink and punching, deep drawing process computing power in order to select the appropriate pressure equipment. On the basis of determining the size of the mold design, access to relevant information and die design handbook, the working parts of the mold, positioning parts, discharging device and push pieces of equipment, guide means and a fixed part structure is designed to determine the overall mold structure and working mechanism and draw a three-dimensional mold assembly drawings, assembly drawings and some parts diagram. The design is mainly on the structure and properties of the kitchen for daily use of stainless steel used in the dual-slot sink to understand, design can produce a set of practical, beautiful, durable sink stamping dies.
