重度子痫前期并发子痫护理探究 　　【摘 要】目的：探讨子痫患者的护理措施。方法：对我院2011年5月―2012年5月6例子痫患者采取的护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果：及时发现病情变化并采取有效的治疗与护理，母婴均痊愈出院。结论：加强产前检查，妊娠期高血压疾病及时治疗能有效预防子痫的发生；适时终止妊娠，可降低孕产妇和围产儿死亡率，剖宫产是终止妊娠的主要方式。 【关键词】重度子痫前期；子痫；护理 【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1004-7484（2013）03-0295-02 【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing measures of patients with preeclampsia. Methods： a retrospective analysis was performed in our hospital from 2011 May to nursing measures - 2012 May 6 cases of eclampsia take. Results： to discover the changes of disease and take effective treatment and care，maternal and child were cured. Conclusio
