摘 要:采用5个不同地区的稻米品种作为实验材料,分析和比较在JMNJ一3型、KETT型两种实验室碾米机型
下糙出白率和碾白率的适用性。JMNJ一3型碾米机作用时间短,碎米率低,可迅速去除糙米的皮层;KETT型碾
米机碾磨强度小,时间长,碎米率较高。不同粒形稻米的均匀性对糙出白率和碾白率曲线有影响,均匀性较差的
优I899和中二软占品种两曲线差异较大,但是机型对两曲线影响也较大。短粒形辽星、龙稻7号品种、中粒形
隆平404品种在两种机型上用糙出白率和碾白率两种方法表示加工精度都适用;中粒形优I899品种在JMNJ一3
型碾米机下用碾白率合理,KETT型碾米机用糙出白率合理;长粒形南集3号品种在JMNJ—3型碾米机下两方法
都适用,而KETT型碾米机用糙出白率合理;长粒形中二软占品种两机型下都适合用糙出白率表示。
