JOB TITLE:DORMITORY ATTENDANT 职务宿舍管理员DEPARTMENT:HUMAN RESOURCES部门人力资源部REPORT TO:HUMAN RESOURCES SUPERVISOR 上级主管人力资源部主管BASIC FUNCTION基本职责Under the general guidance and supervision of the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Officer will assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating personnel activities in areas of staff benefits, wages, salary, labor and associate relations, recruitment, as well as recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for staff.在人力资源部经理的统一领导与管理下,人力资源部副经理负责协调各部门经理计划,管理与协调员工福利、员工工资、劳资关系、新员工的招聘和员工培训等方面的人事工作;并负责制订,完善并执行饭店的规章制度,工作程序和其它员工活动。DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES职责义务Recruitment新员工招收Develops and implements recruitment and screening system.制订与完善员工的招聘与筛选程序。Assists in establishing standard policies and procedures for recruitment. 协助制订招聘的标准制度与程序。Ensures timely recruitment of staff.保证新员工的及时招收。Associate Check In办理员工登记手续Keeps updated with new associate arrival dates保持新报道的员工日期最新化。Prepares to receive new associates.准备迎接新员工。Informs Personnel Secretary to issue ID cards, meal cards, lockers, etc. to new associates.告知人事秘书发放新员工工作证,饭卡更衣箱。Opens and maintains a file for each associate.建立和维护每个员工的档案。Maintains up to date personal records for all associates.更新维护每个员工的人事记录。Associate Separation员工离职Issues separation clearance form to leaving associates.为离职的员工办理离职手续。Collects all hotel-issued items from leaving associate and records receipt of such items.收齐离职员工所有酒店给予的项目,并记录每一项目的收条。Coordinates with Division Heads to arrange for Exit Interviews.与人力资源部总监一起协调安排离职面试。Maintains updates all leave records of associates to ensure that all leaves are promptly cleared.更新和维护所有离职员工的记录并保持离职手续迅速进行。Maintains and enhances staff welfare to ensure high morale.保持和提高员工工作积极性Overseas the provision of quality meals for staff by eating regularly at the staff restaurant.监督员工餐厅定期用餐的饭菜质量。Ensures that locker rooms and other facilities are in proper order, making regular inspections.保证更衣室和其它便利
