臭氧髓核溶解术治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出 王树堂 朱亮 段海涛 王长水 王金书 （淄博市第七人民医院放射科 山东淄博 255040） [摘要] 目的： 探讨臭氧髓核溶解术在治疗颈、腰椎间盘突出的疗效。 [Abstrat]  Objective： To study the effect of Ozone marrow nucleus dissolution for treating cervical and lumbar vertebrae disc herniation . 方法 ： 58例颈椎间盘突出和342例腰椎间盘突出患者均采用臭氧髓核溶解术,未加其他辅助治疗, 在CT引导下定位,穿刺途径为颈椎前侧方入路,腰椎后侧方入路,利用日本产20-22G脊柱穿刺针,穿刺至病变椎间盘,注入臭氧10-40ml,再行CT扫描,观察髓核溶解状况,直至满意为止,将病变间盘髓核溶解,降低间盘内压力,解除对硬膜囊及神经根的压迫,达到治疗目的。 Methods： 58 patients with cervical disc heniation and 342 patients with lumbar herniation without any other cure methods were adopted marrow nucleus dissolution.The pucture way is that front side is adopted by cervcal and back side is adopted by lumbar guide by CT.Using the 19-21G puncture injection made in Japan and puncturing the pathology intervertebral discs and injecting Ozone 10-40ml up to satisfied by observing the dissolution of marrow nucleus through CT scanning. To dissoive the marrow nucleus in order to reduce the prssure to the ganglion radix and the dura mater capsula,which reach to curable objective. 结果：成功率为100%,总有效率为97% 。 结论: 颈腰椎间盘突出治疗方法众多,但确实疗效显著且痛苦小,基本无创伤者甚少,臭氧髓核溶解术疗效显著,基本不影响患者的正常工作和日常生活,深受患者接受。 Result：The cucess rat was 100%.The total effective rate was 97%. Conclusion： The methods treating cervical and lumbar vertebrae disc herniation was many ,but the effective and simple and safe way to treat intervertebral discs was few .The marrow nucleus dissolution was effective.It isn’t influence the patients’ work and life.It is much adopted by patients.
