摘 要 摘 要 随着科学技术的发展及中俄两国经济的快速增长，中俄两国关系正在向着正常 化、和谐化的方向发展，中国黑河市与俄布拉维戈申斯克市文化交流也日益频繁 了起来，体育做为文化交流的重要形式，近几年在文化交流过程中扮演着重要的 角色，为全面掌握两城市体育文化交流的价值与意义、交流形式、交流特征及研 究进一步推进两城市体育文化水平措施，本文利用文献综述法与专家访谈法等研 究法得出如下结论： 1、随着中俄体育文化交流的不断深入，有利于地促进中俄两国关系、经济及 体育事业的发展。 2 、良好中俄体育文化交流有利于两国政治和谐发展，同时健康的两国关系也 是保证中俄体育文化交流的条件。 3、中俄体育文化交流有利于推进两国经济建设步伐。 4 、中国黑河市与俄布市体育文化交流形式主要以政府行为、高校行为、民间 组织行为的体育文化交流为主。 5、两城市体育文化交流主要呈现出政治主导性、互益性、民间性、冲突与融 合性的特点。 6、制约两城市体育文化交流的主要受国际经济与产业格局因素及国内交通、 信息技术、国民体育文化认知、市领导及体育专业指导人员的重视程度、评价机 制等因素影响。 7、客观处理国际问题及文化交流过程中的问题，发挥地缘优势及高校作用是 推进两城市体育文化交流水平与质量的有效措施。 关键词 体育文化交流；中俄；黑河；布拉维戈申斯克 I 万方数据 英文摘要 Abstract With the development of science and technology and the rapid growth of the economy of China and Russia, the relationship between the two countries and the normalization of relations between the two countries is developing towards the normalization and harmony.
