行业协会论文：上海行业协会内部治理发展研究 【中文摘要】行业协会是现代社会中具有非营利性和民间性特点的双重性的组织,在我国社会转型期可以有效弥补“政府失灵”和“市场失灵”,因而日益被人们所关注,并期望它发挥更大的作用。行业协会内部治理是充分发挥行业协会作用的重要保障,也是促进行业协会自主办会、民主管理、行为规范的重要环节。本文围绕行业协会内部治理结构、机制、制度,通过理论分析和实证研究,对上海行业协会完善内部治理提出相关对策和建议。 【英文摘要】Industry Association, in modern society, has the dual characteristics of non-profit and non-governmental natures. It has the function of making up both government failure and market failure in China抯 social transition period. Therefore, it has been increasingly become the focus of attention, and people have expected it to play a greater role. The internal governance of the industry association is the important guarantee for it to completely play its role, and is also an important segment to promote the independent running, democratic management, and code of conduct of the industry association.
