防油整理的研究

摘 要：探索环保三防整理剂AG—E081对精纺毛织物最佳整理工艺。整理工艺流程为：按设计方案配整理液，
选择轧余率为80％对织物进行一浸一压，将织物放在105℃的烘箱下预烘5min，最后在高温下焙烘。通过单因素
实验，研究各个整理因素对毛织物防水防油效果的影响，并对结果进行分析，在单因素实验结果的基础上，设计正
交试验，优化出最佳工艺参数为’：AG-E08l质量浓度55g／L，pH值5—6，焙烘温度155℃、焙烘时间2rain，脂肪烃
柔软剂质量浓度10g／L，在此条件下对精纺毛织物进行整理，整理
