精品论文 参考文献 69例肛肠手术后并发症分析 王东 　　乐山市中区人民医院 四川乐山 614000 　　【摘 要】目的：分析69例肛肠手术后并发症的类型、发生原因及处理措施、结果。方法：选择我院收治的肛肠手术后出现并发症的69例肛肠疾病患者为研究对象，统计患者的并发症类型，在分析并发症发生原因的基础上予以患者针对性的处理对策。结果：69例患者中切口感染12例（17.39%），水肿疼痛20例（28.99%），出血19例（27.54%），尿潴留18例（26.09%）。切口感染者予以抗生素应用及高锰酸钾坐浴清洗；水肿疼痛者予以硫酸镁湿敷、局部做减压切口、松动敷料、应用抗生素及脓肿切开；出血者予以压迫止血、出血血管缝扎、痔疮手术针对性出血处理；尿潴留者予以药物注射、腹部热敷、局部按摩及针灸。本组69例患者经临床及时、有效的治疗干预后均得以良好康复和痊愈。结论：肛肠手术后患者并发症的发生率较高，予以患者及时有效的治疗干预是提高手术效果、促进患者病情康复的关键。 　　【关键词】肛肠手术；并发症；处理对策 　　【中图分类号】R77 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0397-02 　　Analysis of 69 cases of anorectal complications after the operation 　　【Abstract】objective: to analyze 69 cases of anorectal surgery complications of the types, causes and treatment measures, and results. Methods: our hospital of anorectal surgery complications of 69 cases of patients with anorectal diseases as the research object, the statistical complications in patients with type, on the basis of analyzing the reason for complications to the patient treatment countermeasures. Results: 69 cases of patients, the infection of incision was 12 cases (17.39%), edema, pain was 20 cases (28.99%), bleeding was 19 cases (27.54%), and urinary retention was 18 cases (26.09%). Incision infection for antibiotics application and potassium permanganate sitz bath cleaning; Swelling pain for magnesium sulfate wet compress, local relief incision, loose dressing, use of antibiotics and abscess incision; Bleeding at the seam stop bleeding, bleeding blood vessels, bleeding hemorrhoids surgery treatment; Urinary retention drug injection were analyzed, abdomen hot compress, local massage and acupuncture. This group of 69 patients with clinical timely and effective treatment after the intervention were being good recovery and healing. Conclusions: the incidence of complications of patients with anorectal surgery is higher, should be timely and effective treatment intervention is to improve the operation effect, the key to promote patients recover. 　　【Key words】anorectal surgery;
