精品论文 参考文献 ICU患者凝血功能变化及其与血钙水平的相关性分析 古声燕 　　成都医学院第一附属医院 四川成都 610000 　　【摘 要】目的：分析ICU患者凝血功能变化及其与血钙水平的相关性。方法：以我院ICU收治的78例患者为研究对象，分别检测患者的凝血功能指标，包括血小板计数（PLT）、血小板压积（PCT）、凝血酶原时间（PT）、凝血酶原活动度（P）、凝血酶原时间比值（PTR）、国际标准化比值（INR）及血清总钙（TCa）。并根据检测结果对比分析不同病情程度下患者的凝血功能指标水平和TCa指标水平，对比分析正常血钙组患者与低钙血症组患者的凝血功能指标水平。结果：在凝血指标PLTT、PCT 、P及TCa指标值上，轻度组＞中度组＞重度组（P＜0.05）；在PT、PTR、INR指标值上，轻度组＜中度组＜重度组（P＜0.05）。正常血钙组患者的TCa、PLTT、PCT指标值均高于低钙血症组（P＜0.05），PTR、INR指标值均低于低钙血症组（P＜0.05）。患者凝血功能指标PLTT与TCa呈正相关（r=0.212，P=0.028），PCT与TCa呈正相关（r=0.205，P=0.031），PTR与TCa呈负相关（r=-0.451，P=0.035），INR与TCa呈负相关（r=-0.577，P=0.032）。结论：凝血功能指标及TCa水平均与ICU患者的病情密切相关，且相关凝血功能指标与TCa具有一定的相关性，通过二者的监测对疾病的治疗具有指导意义。 　　【关键词】ICU；凝血功能；血钙；相关性 　　【中图分类号】R446.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）8-0286-02 　　【Abstract】objective: Analyze of the changes of coagulation function of patients with ICU and its correlation with serum calcium level. Methods: 78 patients of our hospital ICU were as the research object, the patients of coagulant function index were tested, including platelet count (PLT), platelet deposited (PCT), prothrombin time (PT) and prothrombin activity (P), prothrombin time ratio (PTR), international standardization ratio (INR) and total serum calcium (TCa). According to the test results, comparative analysis under different degree of disease in patients with blood coagulation function index level and TCa index level, compared to normal blood calcium group of patients with hypocalcemia group of patients with blood coagulation function index level. Results: the coagulation indexes PLTT, PCT, P and TCa parameter values, the mild group gt; moderate gt; severe group (P lt; 0.05); On PT, PTR, INR indexes, mild lt; moderate group lt; severe group (P lt; 0.05). Normal blood calcium group of patients with TCa, PLTT, PCT indexes were higher than in hypocalcemia group (P lt; 0.05), PTR, INR indexes were lower than that of hypocalcemia group (P lt; 0.05).
