精品论文 参考文献 PFNA与解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折近期疗效比较 王鑫 刘克斌 　　(湖北省长江大学临床医学院骨科 湖北 荆州 434000) 　　【摘要】 目的：比较PFNA与解剖型锁定钢板治疗老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折近期疗效。方法：选择我院2013年11月至2015年9之间收治的56例患者作为观察对象，根据患者的手术方式分为A组与B组。A组30例患者应用PFNA（防旋股骨近端髓内钉）治疗；B组26例患者应用解剖型锁定钢板治疗。对比两组患者的手术指标、术后并发症的发生情况等。结果：（1）两组患者的手术时间、出血量等差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；（2）术后并发症的发生率差异小，无显著性；（3）患者的髋关节功能评分及愈合时间差异小，不具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：老年骨质疏松性股骨转子间骨折患者可选用的内固定治疗方式有很多，其中PFNA适用不稳定型骨质疏松股骨转子间骨折，应根据患者的实际情况科学选择。 　　【关键词】 老年患者；骨质疏松；股骨转子间骨折；内固定；PFNA 　　【中图分类号】R681 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）08-0213-02 　　PFNA and comparative anatomical locking plate in the treatment of senile osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture the recent curative effect 　　【Abstract】Objective To compare the PFNA and anatomical term effect locking plate the recent curative effect in the treatment of senile osteoporosis intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Admitted between November 2013 to 9 in 2015 in our hospital 56 patients as observed object, according to the patients surgery divided into group A and group B. A group of 30 cases of patients PFNA (proximal femoral nail anti-rotation) treatment; group B 26 patients applied anatomical locking plate for treatment. Comparative indicators surgery patients were postoperative complications and so on. Results (1) The two groups were operative time, blood loss and so the difference was statistically significant (P lt;0.05); the small difference in the incidence (2) of postoperative complications, no significant; (3) the patients hip joint score and healing time difference is small, not statistically significant (P lt;0.05).
