精品论文 参考文献 保乳手术与根治性手术对乳腺癌患者配偶生活质量的影响探讨 文扬 刘君 文桂梅 　　（四川省射洪县人民医院 四川遂宁 629200） 　　【摘要】目的：比较保乳手术与根治性手术对年轻农民工乳腺癌患者配偶生活质量的影响。方法：选择2012年3月至2014年12月在我院进行保乳手术治疗的36例乳腺癌患者配偶为A组，同期进行根治性手术的34例患者配偶为 B组，采用生活质量问卷（The Medical Outcomes Study 36-item Short Form Health Survey，SF-36）和性生活质量问卷（The Sexual Life Quality Questionnaire，SLQQ），对年轻农民工乳腺癌患者配偶的生活质量和性生活质量进行调查，并分析其结果。结果：A组患者配偶术后1年的生活质量得分比术后6个月显著提高，B组患者配偶术后1年生活质量得分比术后6个月显著下降，比较均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）；A组患者配偶术后1年生活质量得分比B组明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。A组、B组患者配偶术后1年性生活质量得分均比术前明显下降，而A组术后1年性生活质量得分比B组显著提高，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：保乳手术对患者配偶的生活质量、性生活质量影响相对较少，更利于提高其的生活质量。 　　【关键词】保乳手术；根治性手术；乳腺癌；配偶生活质量 　　【中图分类号】R730.5 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1007-8231（2016）02-0019-02 　　 The effect of breast conserving surgery and radical operation on the quality of life of the spouses of patients with breast cancer 　　 Wen Yang, Liu Jun, Wen Guimei. Shehong Peoples Hospital, Shehong, 629200, Sichuan 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the influence of breast-conserving surgery and radical surgery on the quality of life of spouses of young migrant workers with breast cancer.Methods 36 people whose spouses suffered from breast cancer and underwent breast-conserving surgery in our hospital in the period from January 2012to December 2013 were sent to Group A, while 34 people whose spouses underwent radical surgery in the same period were sent to Group B. The quality of life and the quality of sex of these spouses were assessed by SF-36 and SLQQ, and then the results were analysed.Results Group A had significantly higher scores one year after the surgery than half a year after the surgery, while Group B had significantly lower scores one year after the surgery than half a year after the surgery. Those comparisons have statistic significance (P＜0.01). One year after the surgery, the scores of sex life in both groups declined markedly, but the scores in Group A were remarkably higher than those in Group B, and this was statistically importantly (P＜0.01).
