PAGE IIPAGE I本 科 生 毕 业 论 文题目： 小企业融资中的担保问题分析 学 生： 彭骅 学 号： 200807070110 院 （系）： 管理学院 专 业： 国际经济与贸易 指导教师： 曹志鹏 2012年小企业融资中的担保问题分析摘 要小企业在我国经济社会发展中发挥着不可替代的重要作用，其所创造的城镇就业岗位占总岗位的75%左右，然而在发展与企业融资中却处于不对称地位。2007年至今的国内宏观调控政策与美国次贷危机给我国小企业带来了巨大的生存压力，一些企业不堪重负因资金链断裂而亏损甚至倒闭。 国家应将小企业纳入到国家创新体系建设中，本着公平的市场原则，建立多层次支持中小企业发展的政策法律体系和银行融资体系，为小企业的融资和技术创新提供保障。所以我认为，小企业所获得的金融资源与其在国民经济和社会发展中的地位作用是极不相称的，融资担保难问题已成为制约小企业发展的首要瓶颈。研究小企业融资中的担保问题变成了一个趋势和热点，并且是一个具有理论意义和现实意义的课题。关键词：小企业，融资担保，金融政策，资金链Small business financing guaranty problem analysisAbstractSmall enterprises in Chinas economic and social development plays an irreplaceable role, its created the post of town obtain employment total post around 75%, however in the development and financing of enterprises is asymmetrical position. The country should be small enterprises into the construction of national innovation system, in the spirit of fair market principles, build mutiple level to support small and medium-sized enterprise development policy and law system and bank financing system for small enterprises, financing and technology innovation to provide security. So I think, small businesses access to financial resources and their economic and social development in the status and role is extremely unworthily, secured financing difficult question to become restricts the small enterprise development the primary bottleneck.
