精品论文 参考文献 392例人工流产手术病人的心理分析及护理对策 兰秀芳 张丽萍 杨利坪（四川省成都市郫县人民医院 四川成都 611730） 　　【摘要】目的 探讨人工流产术病人术前的心理状态分析及护理对策。方法 对某二甲综合性医院392例人流病人术前的心理调查和分析。结果 人流病人心理变化最大的问题是:紧张情绪246例（62.76%），其次恐惧心理217例（55.36%）；病人担心出现的问题类型：怕手术后遗症238例（60.72%）、手术意外208例（53.06%）、疼痛131例（33.42%）；病人的年龄段：20-30岁（71.94%）、20岁以下63例（16.07%）、30岁以上43例（10.97%）；病人的文化程度：高中、中专学历185例（47.19%）、初中学历103例（26.28%）、大专文学历74例（18.88%）本科学历30例（7.65%）结论　针对病人术前的心理变化进行有效的心理护理，达到消除患者紧张、恐惧的心理，以稳定和最佳的心理状态配合医师手术。 　　【关键词】人工流产 心理分析 护理对策 　　【中图分类号】R471 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2013）45-0070-03 　　The Psychological analysis and nursing countermeasures on the 392 cases of artificial abortion patients 　　Lan Xiu-fang Zhang Li-ping Yang Li-ping 　　(PI county peoples hospital, Si chuan 611730, China) 　　【Abstract】The purpose of research is discussing the preoperative psychological state analysis and nursing countermeasures of artificial abortion patients. The method of research is investigating and analyzing the preoperative psychology of 392 cases of artificial abortion patients in a dimethyl county hospital. Through the research, the biggest problem of psychological change on the artificial abortion patients is tension in 246 cases (62.76%), followed by fear, 217 cases (55.36%) and 173 cases of psychological fear; the fearing problems of people contain fear of surgery complications 238 cases (60.72%), surgery accident in 208 cases (53.06%), pain, 131 cases (33.42%); The patients age contains 20 to 30 years old (71.94%), under the age of 20, 63 cases (16.07%), more than 30 years of age 43 cases (10.97%). The patients cultural degree contains high school, technical school education 185 cases (47.19%), junior high school degree in 103 cases (26.28%), college degree bachelor degree in 74 cases (18.88%), 30 cases (7.65%).
