精品论文 参考文献 PPH治疗混合痔的病例资料分析与报告 湖南省衡东县人民医院 湖南衡阳 421400 【摘 要】目的：研究PPH（吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术）治疗混合痔的临床应用效果。方法：研究资料来源于我院2014年7月—2016年1月期间收治混合痔患者100例，根据密封信封不透光法，分为2组，PPH组和传统组。传统组给予外剥内扎术；PPH组给予PPH术。就两组患者手术时间、愈合时间、肛管舒张压和愈合率、并发症发生率进行比较。结果：PPH组愈合率明显高于传统组，除了肛门坠胀有较高的发生率，其他如尿潴留等并发症发生率低于传统组，P＜0.05。PPH组患者手术时间稍长于传统组，但P＞0.05。PPH组患者愈合时间、肛管舒张压均优于传统组，P＜0.05。结论：PPH治疗混合痔的效果确切，可提高愈合率，缩短愈合时间，减少并发症的发生，安全可靠，是混合痔有效治疗术式，但需严格选择手术适应证。 【关键词】PPH；混合痔；临床应用效果 【 abstract 】 objective：to study the PPH（stapling hemorrhoids mucosa circular resection）clinical application effect for the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids. Methods：the data from the hospital during July 2014 - January 2014 treated 100 cases of mixed hemorrhoid patients，according to seal the envelope not pervious to light method，divided into 2 groups，PPH group and traditional group. Traditional group was given Mr. Art in peel；PPH group was given PPH surgery. Two groups of patients had surgical time，healing time，anal canal diastolic blood pressure and healing rate，incidence of complications. Results：the healing rate of PPH group was obviously higher than that of traditional group，in addition to the anus belly had a higher incidence，other complications such as urinary retention is lower than the traditional group，P lt; 0.05）. PPH patients operation time slightly longer than the traditional group，but P gt; 0.05）. PPH group patients healing time，anal canal diastolic blood pressure are better than the traditional group，P lt; 0.05. Conclusion：the effect of PPH in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid exactly，can improve the healing rate，shorten the healing time，reduce the occurrence of complications，safe，reliable and effective treatment is mixed hemorrhoid surgery，but need to choose the operation indication strictly. 【 key words 】 PPH.
