精品论文 参考文献 α硫辛酸联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病 李彤寰仇春健俞晓娟 　　解放军第八一医院内分泌科江苏南京210000 　　【摘要】 　　目的：评价alpha;硫辛酸联合丁咯地尔治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床疗效、安全性。方法： 57例2型糖尿病并发周围神经病变（DPN）患者随机分为两组。治疗组（n=30）静脉给予alpha;硫辛酸600mg联合丁咯地尔200mg，1次/d，连续14d；对照组（n=27）静脉给予alpha;硫辛酸600mg联合前列地尔 10mu;g，1次/d，连续14d。分别于用药前、用药7d、14d进行多伦多临床神经病变评分（TCSS）和神经病变主觉症状评分（TSS），并记录其不良反应。结果：两组在治疗7d时，TCSS、TSS评分均开始下降（P005）；治疗14天后，TCSS及TSS评分进一步显著降低（P001）；但治疗后两组间无显著性差异（P005）。治疗组有1例出现面色潮红；对照组有3例出现静脉炎而停止使用。结论：alpha;硫辛酸联合丁咯地尔可有效改善2型糖尿病病人的周围神经病变，且副反应少。 　　【关键词】alpha;硫辛酸；丁咯地尔；前列地尔；糖尿病周围神经病变 　　Efficavy and Safety of ALipoic Acid Combined with Buflomedil in the treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy 　　Li Tonghuan，QIU Chunjian，YU Xiaojuan 　　【Abstract】 　　Objective To evaluate the efficavy and safety of alipoic acid combined with buflomedil in the treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy（DPN）.Methods：Sixth T2DM patients with DPN were dived into two groups. The treatment group(n=30）was intravenously injected with alipoic acid 600mg/d and buflomedil 02g/d.The control group (n=27）was intravenously injected with alipoic acid 600mg/d and alprostadil 10ug/d.They were all treated once a day for 14 days.Befor and 7 and 14 days after the management，and total symptom score(TSS）were used to evaluate the nervous symptoms and record adverse recation. Results: The TCSS and TSS score 7 days after the management of the two groups reduced significantly after 7 days(both Plt;005).The TCSS and TSS score 14 days after the management of the two groups were significantly lower than that of the two groups 7 days(both Plt;001).But there were no signifant differences between two groups(Pgt;005).One patient of the treatment group felt flushed face 2 days after treatment，three patient of the control group was found phlebitics and stop treatment.Conclusion：Alipoic acid combined with alprostadil effectively improves the sensitive symptoms of DPN patients and is safe for most of the patients. 　　【Key words】ALipoic acid；Buflomedil；Alprostadil；Diabetic peripheral ne
