精品论文 参考文献 不同方式治疗声带息肉的比较 徐淑芠 邢朝晖 黄广涛 　　（徐州市肿瘤医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科 221005） 　　【摘要】目的 观察和比较显微支撑喉镜下和单纯支撑喉镜下两种不同方法治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2009年1月至2012年11月接受治疗的100例声带息肉患者为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组和对照组，每组患者50例。观察组患者采用显微镜支撑喉镜下进行治疗，对照组患者采用单纯支撑喉镜下进行治疗，观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果 观察组患者的总有效率为94%, 对照组患者的总有效率为82% ，两组数据差异显著，具有统计学意义，Plt;0.05。结论 在声带息肉的治疗过程中，显微镜支撑喉镜下的治疗效果明显优于单纯支撑喉镜下的治疗，显微镜支撑喉镜下治疗更精细准确、对患者正常组织损害小、治疗效果显著，能有效缓解患者的病情，提高患者的生活质量。 　　【关键词】显微镜支撑喉镜 单纯支撑喉镜 临床疗效 　　【中图分类号】R767.4 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2014）05-0173-02 　　 　　The comparison of the different treatment for vocal cord polyp 　　 Xu Shuwen, Xing Zhaohui, Huang Guangtao 　　【Abstrat】Objective To observe and compare the effect of the vocal cord polyp surgey with suspension laryngoscope under the microscope and with simple suspension laryngoscope.Methods 100 patients with vocal cord polyp from January 2009 to November 2012 treated in our hospital were selected as the research object,which were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group of patients were treated by microscope suspension laryngoscope, the control group were treated by simple suspension laryngoscope , observing the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Result Observation group total effective rate was 94%, but the control group was 82%, significant difference was found in two groups of data, statistically significant, Plt;0.05。Conclusion In the process of the treatment of vocal cord polyps, the treatment effect under the microscope and the suspension laryngoscope is better than pure suspension laryngoscope, the suspension laryngoscopic surgery under microscope is more accurate, the damage to patientsrsquo; normal tissue is smaller, the treatment effect is remarkable,it can effectively alleviate the patients condition and improve the patients quality of life. 　　【Key words】Suspension laryngoscope under the microscope Simple suspension laryngoscope Clinical curat
