精品论文 参考文献 中药质量规范化管理应用于中药房管理的效果评价 （四川省攀枝花市第三人民医院；四川攀枝花617000） 　　【摘 要】：目的 探究中药质量规范化管理应用于中药房管理的效果。方法 以我院2014年4月到2016年5月中药房的管理情况为研究对象，按照管理方式的不同将采用传统管理方式的患者设置为对照组，采用中药质量规范化管理的患者设置为观察组，比较两种管理方式的管理效果。结果 观察组患者满意度、配发药品准确性明显高于对照组；而观察组药品退换的发生率明显低于对照组，差异显著，（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论 将中药质量规范化管理应用于中药房管理中能够有效提升患者的满意度和药品配发的准确性，具有较高的应用价值。 　　【关键词】：中药质量规范化管理；中药房管理；中药 　　Standardization management is applied in traditional Chinese medicine TCM pharmacy management effect evaluation 　　Wang Yan (Sichuan province Panzhihua the third peoples hospital 617000) 　　[Abstract]Objective: To explore Chinese medicine quality standardization management is applied to the effect of TCM pharmacy management.Methods:In our hospital of TCM pharmacy management as the research object, according to the different methods of management will use the traditional management mode is set to the control group, patients using traditional Chinese medicine quality standardization management of patients is set to the observation group, compared two kinds of management mode of management effect.
