·医学检验· 2 0 14 年 3 月 第 4 卷 第 6 期 尿总蛋白肌酐比分组评价糖尿病 早期肾损伤临床应用价值 牛宝荣 河北省滦平县中医院检验科，河北滦平 068250 [摘要] 目的 调查研究尿总蛋 白肌酐 比在评定糖尿病早期 肾损伤 的临床应用性及价值 。方法 选取在我院进 行治疗 的患者 200 例 ，根据其是否患有糖尿病将其分为两组 ：实验组（糖尿病患者组 ）100 例 ；对照组（正常 患者组 ）100 例 。而后分别测定两组患者 的尿液指标 ，观察其各评定情况对糖尿病早期 肾损伤 的诊断结果 。 结果 实验组与对照组两组患者 的尿总蛋 白肌酐 比差异 明显高于 LAP 、ALB 等指标 的的差异情况 ，且差异显 P 著 ，具有统计学意义（ ＜ 0.05 ）。结论 检测患者体 内的尿总蛋 白肌酐 比对临床上糖尿病早期 肾损伤具有诊 断意义 ，发挥着不可忽视 的临床应用价值 。 [关键词] 尿总蛋白肌酐比；分组；评价；糖尿病；肾损伤；价值 [中图分类号] R587.2      [文献标识码] B      [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）06-150-03 Clinical application value of total urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(ACR) in evaluation of early diabetic kidney injury NIU  Baorong Department of Clinical Laboratory,the TCM Hospital of Luanping County,Luanping 068250,China [Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical application and value of total urinary ACR in evaluation of early diabetic kidney injury. Methods 200 patients treated in our hospital were divided them into two groups according to whether they had diabetes or not:100 cases in the experimental group(diabete patients group) ; 100 cases in the control group(normal patients group).Then determined the urine of patients indicators in two groups,observed clinical results of watch evaluation situation on diabetic kidney injury in early diagnosis. Results The differences of total urinary ACR between experimental group and control group were significantly higher than other indicators such as LAP and ALB,and the differences were statistically significant(P ＜ 0.05) .
