And lay a foundation for the cultivation of high-level talents of traditional Chinese medicine, as well as inheriting and carrying forward the traditional Chinese medicine. 【Key Words】traditional Chinese medicine clinical graduate students training mode 随着研究生教育体系的不断完善，研究生数量的不断增长，全国许多高校正走向研究型大学的转型中，这迫切要求研究生培养模式的改革和创新。作为中医药大学的学生领袖，多年的学生管理经验使我认识到，中医临床研究生培养需要正确的定位和目标性导航。因此，笔者创新提出新时期中医临床研究生的GPS培养模式，为研究生培养工作提供参考。 1 中医临床研究生培养存在的问题 1.1 临床能力参差不齐 主要原因有三：①中医临床研究生大多数是应届的本科毕业生，往往因实习阶段忙于考研，导致入学时临床经验严重不足。而小部分来自基层医院的学生，因缺乏三基和住院医师的培训。尽管具备基本临床技能，但操作缺乏规范；②医患关系的紧张性限制了学生的动手机会，导致一些学生临床基础薄弱；③研究生在学习过程中，精力过于分散，要兼顾英语六级统考、开展实验课题、完成毕业论文，耽误了临床轮科培训。 1.2 科研创新能力薄弱 研究生教育属于医学精英培养的重要方法之一。在医学研究的领域，临床是科研的基础，科研是临床的提升和发展需要。而医学研究生的论文质量是评价其医学水平高低的关键。目前，大多数研究生的毕业论文来自于导师的课题，论文质量普遍不高，科研创新能力不足，文献阅读能力不足。 1.3 中医经典学习不足 中医经典内容的学习对培养研究生的临床
