摘 要 机械加工时所产生铁屑的收集，搬运和冷却液的分离处理，对加工精度，效能和品质等有很大的影响。因此在金属加工线上的铁屑搬运装置就扮演了相称重要的功能。Abstract Iron generated when machining the collection, handling and separation process of the cooling liquid, on the machining accuracy, performance, and quality has a great influence. Therefore, iron filings in the metal processing line handling device has played an important function of proportionality. Scraper conveyor as Chip conveyor in one, is a flexible traction continuous conveyor machinery. Its traction is scraper chain, carrying device is a central trough, scraper chain installed in the central groove groove surface. Central groove along the transport route across the board laying around by scraper chain nose, tail sprocket connected to form a closed shape placed in the middle slot, can be used with the machine processing machinery and conveyors goes devices supporting. ?Scraper conveyor in use to tension, compression, bending, impact and corrosion and other effects of friction, therefore, must have sufficient strength, stiffness, wear and corrosion resistance.
