精品论文 参考文献 关节镜下清理术联合术后全程康复治疗膝骨关节炎的效果体会 卢 敏 　　【摘要】 目的 分析关节镜下清理术联合术后全程康复治疗膝骨关节炎的临床效果。方法 纳入此研究中的94例研究对象均为我院于2014年5月-2015年10月期间收治的膝骨关节炎患者，按照治疗方法的差异性将其划分为观察组以及对照组。对照组患者治疗方法单纯清理术，观察组则在清理术的基础上加入术后全程康复，对两组患者治疗后的效果进行对比。结果 观察组以及对照组患者分别经过不同方法治疗后，其治疗总有效率经计算后分别为89.36%以及74.47%，同时其观察组Lysholm评分明显高于对照组，McGill疼痛评分明显低于对照组，数据之间经过对比可知，统计学意义因P＜0.05产生。结论 膝骨关节炎患者在临床治疗中应选择关节镜下清理术联合术后全程康复方法，以此来提升临床疗效。 　　【关键词】关节镜下清理术； 全程康复； 膝骨关节炎； 治疗效果 　　Cleaning technique under arthroscopy combined postoperative whole duration rehabilitation therapy effect of knee osteoarthritis Lu Min. Ningbo University School of Medicine 315211 China 　　【Abstract】 objective to analysis the cleaning technique under arthroscopy combined whole duration rehabilitation therapy after surgery clinical effect of knee osteoarthritis. Methods in 94 cases of the research object of this study are the hospital in May, 2014 - October 2015 admitted during the period of patients with knee osteoarthritis, according to the treatment of differences can be divided into observation group and control group.Control group therapy in patients with pure clean, on the basis of the observation group in the cleaning operation to join postoperative rehabilitation all the way, for the effect of two groups of patients after treatment were compared. Results the observation group and control group patients after different treatment methods respectively, the total effective rate were 89.36% and 74.47% respectively after calculation, the Lysholm scale observation group was obviously higher than that of control group at the same time, McGill pain score significantly lower than the control group, through comparison between data shows that for P lt; 0.05.
