精品论文 参考文献 分期心理护理对乳腺癌化疗患者心理及应对方式的影响 皇景霞(商丘市第一人民医院肿瘤二科 河南商丘 476100) 　　[摘要] 目的:探讨分期心理护理对乳腺癌化疗患者心理及应对方式的影响。方法:选取我院乳腺癌化疗患者60例，随机分为两组，对照组（29例）患者实施常规护理，心理组（31例）给予分期心理护理。观察两组患者入院时和入院后第6周的焦虑情况及应对方式的变化。结果:入院后第6周，对照组患者的SAS评分高于心理组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；入院后第6周，对照组患者面对、回避及屈服得分均差于心理组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论:乳腺癌化疗患者使用分期心理护理可缓解患者的焦虑情绪，使患者形成积极的应对方式。 　　[关键词] 分期心理护理；乳腺癌；化疗；心理；应对方式 　　Stages psychological nursing in patients with breast cancer chemotherapy and cope with the effects of the way 　　Huang JingXia (shangqiu first peoples hospital tumor second division Henan shangqiu, 476100) 　　[abstract] objective: to study the psychological nursing of breast cancer chemotherapy patients psychological and cope with the effects of the way.
